This sandwich is the exact opposite of being stuck between a rock and a hard place. The chicken deli slices in these healthy and quick to prepare sandwiches are gently nestled in between two of our most loved foods: cheese and guacamole.
1. Spread guacamole over 1 slice of bread. Top with chicken slices and cheese; cap with remaining bread. Lightly spread outer bread slices with butter.
2. Heat large skillet set over medium-low heat; cook sandwich, pressing lightly, for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted. Cut in half.
