- Preheat grill to medium-high. Grease grates well.
- Cook sausages, turning occasionally, for 4 to 6 minutes until heated through and well marked.
- In bowl, combined diced tomatoes, garlic, basil, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
- Serve grilled sausages in toasted buns. Top evenly with tomato mixture.
Tip: For an additional kick, add some Calabrian chili pepper to the tomato mixture.
