Smokies Fully Cooked Smoked Chicken Sausages
- 1 Zabiha Halal Smokies Fully Cooked Smoked Chicken Sausages
- 10 mL honey mustard
- 5 g ground cumin
- 5 g chili powder
- 1 hot dog bun, whole grain
- 5 g diced onion
- 0.50 avocado, sliced
- 0.50 cucumber, sliced
- Combine honey mustard, cumin and chili powder. Reserve till needed.
- Grill the Maple Lodge Farms® SmokiesTM Chicken Sausage until cooked through and golden brown on the outside.
- Place cooked sausage in warmed bun, top with onions, avocado and 4 cucumber slices. Finish with a generous drizzle of the French’s Honey Mustard mixture. Serve immediately.
