Ramadan Meal Planner

Our mantra here at Living Halal is to make incorporating your Muslim traditions into modern life a bit easier, and the busy Ramadan season is when we could definitely use all the time-saving tips we can get!

Planning meals out in advance is a great way to save time. Knowing what you’re going to make ahead of time means you can shop for a bunch of meals at once, and cut down on the number of trips you’ll need to make to the grocery store.

Using a meal planner is also a huge help first thing in the morning, when you’re getting up early for Ramadan prayers and possibly suffering from pre-suhoor brain fog. Instead of staring into the fridge wondering what you’re going to eat to get you through to iftaar, you can have it written down in advance, no early-morning decision-making required! (To make mornings even easier, you prep your planned suhoor meal the night before, for a grab-and-go breakfast!)
